Should Wages Be Determinant For Output By Teachers? - ETCSINES
As much as I would want to support the fact that teachers should deliver according to their pay, I would still have to consider the fact that this people actually are the ones that hold the future in their hands, and whatever they teach now affects the future, so I wouldn't say that the output of teachers should be based on their pay.
Looking at it critically well, their is no pay too much for teachers in every level of education right from the Nursery to the Tertiary education. This people are the ones who build up the future leaders and whatsoever is embedded in them is what they come out to give us, if the teachers look at the pay they are given they might want to reduce the quality of what they serve to their students.
A special and sincere urge to teachers is that they should continue doing what they know how to do best by impacting in the future generations, thereby making the world a better place to be in. No one in no matter the position he or she may be can say that there was no teacher in his or her life at one point or the other. Teachers have a special place in the world and they help add positively to lives around the world.
I would love to conclude by saying that teachers should take every student that comes their way as his or her own child by this they would not be money driven but would have a burning desire to impact in the coming generation.
I seriously support that teachers are treated right and accorded maximum respect in the Society.
