Abdulraufu Mustapha, Teacher of African Legislative issues at the Division of Government, College of Oxford in the Assembled Kingdom has passed away, his relatives have affirmed.
Mustapha the creator of Defining moments in African Vote based system; and Orders and Social Issue, Muslim Characters and Struggle in Northern Nigeria capitulated to stomach malignancy in the wake of engaging the illness for a considerable length of time.
He kicked the bucket today around 3pm London time. He was 63. He is made due by his better half, Kate and three youngsters.
