12 members of a notorious kidnap gang Terrorising East-West Road have been apprehended by men of the OSPAC.
OSPAC is a local vigilance group assisting in providing security at Ogba/Ndoni/Egbema Local Government Area (ONELGA) of Rivers State.
It was gathered the vigilante Group OSPAC had earlier today disguised themselves in a bus as passengers traveling along the Rumuji/Ndele axis of the east-west road.
The kidnappers, as usual, launched an attack on them, they were overpowered and 12 were arrested.
