Afeez Ayo was captured for taking a client's 2008 Toyota Highlander SUV and taking it to Lagos. Ayo, a holder of a Common National Recognition, was said to have changed the number plate of the vehicle and driven it to Ibadan from where he picked four travelers on the way to Lagos.
As per Punchng, the suspect was captured at Agodi Intersection, Ibadan. The proprietor of the SUV, Mrs. Adenike Sani, had left the auto with Ayo at an auto wash at the Apo Resettlement Center, Abuja, just for him to vanish with the vehicle.
Analysts were said to have followed the vehicle to Oyo State where it was recuperated and the speculate captured. Ayo uncovered he stole the SUV to exact revenge on the administration of the auto wash office for wanting to mitigate him of his employment.
