JABU SUE RAISES ALARM, SAYS ASSOCIATES USING ITS NAME TO DUPE STUDENTS

It has come to our attention that some elements are going around collecting money from JABU Award nominees with the promise of manipulating the final voting process in their favour.

We will like to distance ourselves from this set of unscrupulous and questionable characters. We also like to reiterate that these awards will be given based on MERIT and not by credit.

The Union wishes to warn members of the public not to fall for the wiles of these scammers exploiting the good name of the SUE to defraud innocent jabuites. SUE has not and will never mandate any individual to demand gratification on its behalf.
