See the Crazy way this Guy celebrated his Last Paper as A Graduate

I am still in shock as to how guys now celebrate their last paper in the University, it makes me wonder if these guys really learnt anything while they were on campus.

I thought you are suppose to come out of the four walls of the University a more refined person as against what we now see today from our graduates who are acting as people who never went through the four walls of an academic institution.
